By visiting the site, registering an account, or proceeding with a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility & Authorized Use

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this website and make purchases. You commit to using the website exclusively for lawful purposes and in a manner that will not damage, disable, overburden, or otherwise impair the website or interfere with any other party’s enjoyment. Orders, Pricing & Payments

All orders placed are subject to our internal review and acceptance. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice, but this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. We reserve the absolute right to cancel any orders that appear to be fraudulent, involve incorrect pricing due to error, or violate these Terms. Payments are securely handled via trusted third-party processors; Pupillow does not store complete credit card numbers on our servers.

Shipping & Delivery

• Handling Time: Orders are meticulously processed and dispatched for shipment within 1 business day following payment confirmation.
• Transit Time: Most packages are expected to arrive within 2–4 business days via reliable carriers such as UPS or FedEx Ground.
• Shipping Coverage: We strictly ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or any international locations.
• Risk of Loss: The title and risk of loss transfer to you, the customer, once the package is officially marked as delivered by the designated carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Lost in Transit: If your order appears to be lost in transit, you must notify us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate a formal carrier investigation.
• Damaged Shipments: For damaged shipments, you must send clear photographic evidence to support@pupillow.com within 72 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund where deemed appropriate.
• Disclaimer: We are not liable for packages that are correctly delivered but to an incorrect address provided by the customer during checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Process: To start a return, contact us at support@pupillow.com and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return.
• Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product received was defective or incorrect due to our error.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected by our team. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to post the refund.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are only available for items that are defective, the wrong size, or incorrect items shipped by our error.
