1. Order Modification and Cancellation Window

We provide a 4-hour window immediately following your purchase to make any essential adjustments or cancellations to your order.

• Timeline: Changes must be requested within 4 hours of the purchase time.
• Method of Request: To request a modification or cancellation, please contact us immediately via email: support@pupillow.com. Include your Order Number and the details of the required change.

Important: Once the initial 4-hour window has passed, our system automatically moves the order to the production/fulfillment stage. Therefore, we cannot guarantee any changes, including cancellations, product modifications, or changes in quantity, after this period.

2. Address Accuracy and Verification

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete, accurate, and valid. This includes verifying the street number, street name, city, state/province, and postal code.

• Review: Please double-check all delivery details before finalizing your purchase.
• Our Liability: Jonathan Falcon Enterprises LLC is not liable for failed deliveries, losses, or costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to our registered address (20606 Broadsky Dr, Katy, TX 77449, United States) due to an incorrect customer address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
